The Charlotte Council is a nonprofit, umbrella organization with 10 garden clubs and affiliate members. We offer several programs and events to educate our members and the public on horticulture, conservation and environmental issues. And we have fun doing it!

Our Space
The Charlotte Council is located at 1820 E. 7th Street in the heart of the Elizabeth neighborhood. You can rent
the main-floor space for weddings, receptions, birthdays, book signings and other events. It’s a lovely house with a beautiful garden. Rental fees are incredibly reasonable and help us maintain the property.
